At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Colkin House, 16 Oakfield Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2AP, at 12.30 p.m. on 14th July 2000, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Philip G.
