Annual Liquidation Meetings

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Eaglehurst, 110 Cyncoed Road, Cyncoed, Cardiff CF23 6BL, on Friday, 8th September 2000, at 10 a.m. (Members) and 10.30 a.m. (Creditors), for the purposes of having an account laid before the Meetings of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up and of agreeing the basis upon which the Liquidator’s remuneration is to be paid. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor. Forms of proxy for use at the Meetings are available from the Liquidator at the above address and must be completed and lodged at that address by 4 p.m. on Thursday, 7th September 2000. G. N.
