NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency Wales, by Evergreen Resources (UK) Ltd, for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 240 cubic metres of trade effluent comprising of borehole dewatering to the Dee Estuary at National Grid Reference SJ 3510 6695 from Yew Tree Farm, Sealand Road, near Chester.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency Wales, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 13th September 2000, quoting Ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/PF/CG0390101.
A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency, Chester Road, Buckley, Flintshire LL18 5UE.
