NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF A SUBMARINE PIPE-LINE WORKS AUTHORISATION

The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry hereby gives notice that he has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Texaco North Sea UK Company, whose address is 1 Westferry Circus, London E14 4HA, for the construction of a 406.4 millimetre pipe-line between the Erskine Platform and the Lomond Platform. Except with the consent of the Secretary of State, the 406.4 millimetre pipe-line shall only be used to convey multi-phase hydrocarbons. The pipeline may be used by the holder and with the holder’s agreement, and with the consent of the Secretary of State, by other persons.
