Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 59-63 Station Road, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 5LT, on Monday, 4th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at 59-63 Station Road, Northwich, Cheshire, not later than 4 p.m. of the business day before the Meeting. L. S.
