RESIDUARY MILK MARKETING BOARD

Pursuant to the Milk Marketing Board (Residuary Functions) Regulations 1994, the Residuary Milk Marketing Board is in the process of discharging its remaining functions. Any person who has any claim against the Residuary Milk Marketing Board must send details in writing to the Residuary Milk Marketing Board at 16 Bedford Street, Covent Garden, London WC2E 9HF by 29th August 2000. The Residuary Milk Marketing Board also gives notice that any claims not made by the date mentioned may not be taken into account prior to the final winding-up of the Residuary Milk Marketing Board which is expected to take place in 2001.
