TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2000
(ST MARTINS CIRCUS QUEENSWAY CITY CENTRE)

On 19th July 2000, the above-named Council made the above-named Order under sections 14(1)(a) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is as described in Notice No. 505, which appeared in issue No. 55900 of The London Gazette published on 30th June 2000. The Order will come into operation on 23 July 2000. A copy of the Order together with a plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons are available for inspection at the offices of the Transportation Department, Constituency Services North, 1 Lancaster Circus Queensway, Birmingham B4 7DQ, during normal working hours. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may, within 6 weeks from 19th July 2000, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
