Notice is hereby given that the entire interests of Sundial International Fund Limited, of c/o Coutts (Bahamas) Limited, West Bay Street, PO Box N-7788, Nassau, Bahamas, held in respect of that Company’s position as one of the Limited Partners in CCP VI LP No. 1.3, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No. LP5391, were assigned by a Deed of Assignment dated 13th July 2000 in favour of Sundial 2000 Limited, of Cater Allen House, Commercial Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE2 3RU.
