Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the above Companies will be held at Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, on 12th May 2000, commencing at 11 a.m., to consider and if thought fit to pass the following Resolutions for the Companies, that the Joint Liquidators’ statement of account for the period of the liquidation be approved, and that the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Joint Liquidators be disposed of as the Joint Liquidators see fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.
