MAXWELL COMMUNICATION WORKS PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given that any Member, other beneficiary, Creditor or anyone else having any claim against the Maxwell Communication Works Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) (which was formerly called The British Printing Corporation Limited Contracting-Out Pension and Life Assurance Scheme, or anyone else claiming to be beneficially interested in the assets of the Scheme, is required to send written particulars of such claim or interest to the Trustees of the Maxwell Communication Works Pension Scheme, c/o Nabarro Nathanson, Lacon House, Theobald’s Road, London WC1X 8RW (Ref. GRP), on or before 15th June 2000.
After that date the Trustees of the Scheme will distribute the remaining Scheme assets having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice, and in respect of the property so distributed the Trustees will not be liable to any persons of whose claims they shall not have had notice.
Any person who has been notified since 31st March 1995 of having an entitlement under the Scheme need not reapply to the Trustees.
