Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and a Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held at the offices of Kingston Smith & Partners, 105 St. Peter’s Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3EJ, on 8th May 2000, at 1 p.m. and 1.15 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be lodged at Kingston Smith & Partners, 105 St. Peter’s Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3EJ, by no later than 12 noon on 5th May 2000. T. J.
