Notice is hereby given that the Final General Meeting of the Company/Loan Note Holders will be held at 21 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1AW, on 17th March 2000, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member/Loan Note Holder entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member/Loan Note Holder of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at the offices of Ernst & Young, at Rolls House, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NH, no later than noon on the business day before the Meeting.
