At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 52 Wykeham Road, Hendon, London NR4 2SU, on 20th December 1999, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that S. T. Bennett, of Berg Kaprow Lewis, 35 Ballards Lane, London N3 1XW, be appointed Liquidator, for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Liquidator is entitled to draw down his fees on a time cost basis together with expenses quarterly.” M.
