Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, and determining whether he should have his release under section 174 of the Act.
