Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 7 St. Stephen’s Court, 15-17 St. Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 6JL, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. by a General Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted to date, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at 4-8 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4UH, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meetings. P. J.
