NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Capel St Andrew Farms, of Boyton House, Boyton, Woodbridge, Suffolk, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from the crag strata at National Grid Reference TM 373 497 at Butley. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates, 108 cubic metres per hour, 2,376 cubic metres per day, 164,000 cubic metres between March and October each year. The water will be used for spray irrigation. This application is for renewal of Licence No. 7/35/5/G/80 without change. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents sumbitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours, at Boyton House, Boyton, Woodbridge, Suffolk, between 3rd December 1999 and 3rd January 2000. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency at Cobham Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 9BR, before the end of the said period quoting the name of the applicant.
