LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on, and with effect from 15th November 1999, Electra GP (Quoted) Limited retired as general partner of Electra Quoted Partners 1995 (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP 4912 but continued as a limited partner of the partnership and that with effect from the same date Electra GP (Quoted) Limited contributed its interests and obligations as general partner of the Partnership to Kingsway Equity Partners L.P., a limited Partnership registered in Scotland with number SL 3477 (“Kingsway”). Further on, and with effect from the same date, Electra Investment Trust PLC retired as a limited partner of the Partnership, assigned its capital contribution, and novated its rights and obligations in respect of the Partnership to Kingsway. 16th November 1999.
