In accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final Meeting of the Companies’ Shareholders will be held at Bridewell House, 6 Greyfriars Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1JG, on 23rd November 1999, between 11 a.m. and 11.40 a.m., to receive an account showing how the Liquidations have been conducted and the companies’ property disposed of. A Shareholder who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting can appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged with me at 9 Greyfriars Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1JG, no later than 12 noon, 22nd November 1999.
