NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Kalehome Limited (No. 1818701) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on 26th July 1988, pursuant to section 652 of the Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any), in the premises demised by a lease dated 25th March 1977 and made between Slade Northern Holdings Limited (1) and Frederick Ronald Catterick (2) situated at 1 Hamilton Square, Belmont, Stockport, Greater Manchester, as the same is registered at Lytham District Land Registry with Title Absolute under Title Number GM136701 the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 27th September 1999.
