Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Hilary Jenkins, Clifford Raymond Gilbert, Stuart Graeme Macaulay and Margaret Elizabeth Ann Macaulay, carrying on business as a Public House Partnership under the style or firm name of THE CORNUBIA HOTEL, whose business premises are at Hayle, Cornwall, has changed in that the last named Partners, Stuart Graeme Macaulay and Margaret Elizabeth Ann Macaulay, have retired from the Partnership as from 30th June 1999. Any debts owed to Creditors following the date of this notice shall therefore be owed solely by the continuing Partners Hilary Jenkins and Clifford Raymond Gilbert. S. G. Macaulay, M. E. A.
