AYLESBURY VALE DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN

PROPOSED CHANGES

Notice is hereby given that, on 8th September 1999, Aylesbury Vale District Council will publish proposed changes to the new District Local Plan. The publicity period will run for 6 weeks from 8th September 1999 until 19th October 1999. The proposed changes are the result of the Council’s consideration in July of the objections to the Deposit Draft of the District Local Plan. These changes will be put to the Inquiry Inspector at the District Local Plan public local inquiry, due to commence on 11th January 2000, as those recommended by the Council for his consideration. Copies of the proposed changes and the updated “Report of Council’s Response to Representation made to Deposit Draft” are available for public inspection, free of charge, at these AVDC offices: Exchange Street Offices, Exchange Street, Aylesbury, 8.30 a.m. to 5.15 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 a.m. to 4.45 p.m., Friday; Bearbrook House, Oxford Road, Aylesbury, 8.30 a.m. to 5.15 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 a.m. to 4.45 p.m., Friday; 15 Cornwall Place, High Street, Buckingham, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4.15 p.m., Friday; and 28 High Street, Winslow, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., Monday and Wednesday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4.15 p.m., Friday. If you wish to comment on the proposed changes, then you should do so in writing and send to Head of Forward Plans, Planning, Property and Construction Services Department, Aylesbury Vale District Council, Exchange Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP20 1UB, before 5.15 p.m., on Tuesday, 19th October 1999. Only comments made in writing on the proposed changes as detailed in the report and sent to the address specified above before the closing date and time will be considered by the Council and by the Inspector at the Public Local Inquiry commencing on 11th January 2000. Copies of the proposed changes, costing £2 + 45p (p&p) can be purchased from AVDC’s Exchange Street Offices. Copies can also be obtained from the Buckingham and Winslow Area Offices.
