PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER SECTION 11 OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1990 PART 1
INTEGRATED POLLUTION CONTROL
Notice is hereby given that Transco has applied to the Environment Agency for an Integrated Pollution Control (IPC) major variation to an extant authorisation to operate a combustion process at Aylesbury Compressor Station, Woodham, near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP18 0PR in the borough and district Aylesbury Vale District Council in the county of Buckinghamshire. Information relating to the above IPC application for major variation to an extant authorisation to operate the combustion process is held in registers at the following locations: James Liney, The Environment Agency Area Office, Kings Meadow House, King Meadow Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 8DQ, and The Chief Executive, Aylesbury Vale District Council, Bearbrook House, Oxford Road, Aylesbury Buckinghamshire HP19 3RJ. Members of the public can inspect these registers free of charge at the above stated addresses during normal office hours. In addition, members of the public who wish to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the registers can do so upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the cost of copying. Any objections or representations to the above IPC application should be made in writing to the Environment Agency, Gareth Beard PIR/RSR Team Leader, Environment Agency Area Office, Isis House, Howbery Park, Wallingford, Oxfordshire OX10 8BD, within 28 days from the date of this public notice. Any such objections or representations will be entered into the public register unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be so placed. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been a request. In this case there will be included in the register a statement indicating only that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
