GENERAL NOTICE NO. 1086, GROUP LICENCE

I, Ray Watson, Director of Consumer Credit & Regulation in the office of the Director General of Fair Trading (“the Director”) and a Member of the Director’s staff, being authorised in that behalf in writing by the Director, pursuant to paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to the Fair Trading Act 1973, hereby give notice, pursuant to section 29(6) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, that the group licence issued to the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, Myddelton House, 115-123 Pentonville Road, London N1 9LZ, which expires on 2nd August 1999, has been renewed by the Director General on application by the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux. The licence is in respect of all those Citizens Advice Bureaux which are from time to time registered with the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, to carry on the business of: D  Debt-adjusting and Debt-counselling.
