In the Warwick County Court.  No. 7 of 1999 In the Matter of A1 SKIP SERVICES LTD. and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of r/o Squab Hall Farm, Harbury Lane, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV33 9QB, presented on 29th June 1999 by Smiths Concrete Ltd., of Enslow Kiddlington, Oxford OX5 3AY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Warwick County Court, Northgate, Southside, Warwickshire CV34 4RB, on 23rd August 1999, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 22nd August 1999.
