TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER No. 21 1999
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, on 17th
June 1999, made the Haringey (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (Special Parking
Area) (No. 22) (Amendment No. 4) Traffic Order 1999 under sections 6 and 124 and Part
IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The general effect of the Order will be to implement in various roads throughout
the Borough parking bays for drivers with disabilities.
A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 9th August 1999, can be inspected
until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made between 9 a.m.
to 4.45 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at The Legal Service, Alexandra House,
10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 7TR, and Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End,
Hornsey N8.
Copies of the Order may be obtained from T. A. Duguid at the Legal Service, Alexandra
House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, London N22 7TR.
Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it
is not within the relevant powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that
any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder
have not been complied with, in relation to the Order, may make application for the
purpose to the High Court.
