Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the above-named Companies will be held at KPMG, Aquis Court, 31 Fishpool Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 4RF, on Tuesday, 7th September 1999, at 10.30 a.m., 10.40 a.m., 10.50 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11.20 a.m. respectively, for the following purposes. Receiving accounts showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and hearing any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator, and that the Liquidator be granted his release. A Member who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company. P. F.
