ADDITIONAL PARKING CONTROLS CONTROLLED ZONE F HYDE PARK ESTATE AND ST. MARYLEBONE SOUTH

Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council on 21st July 1999, made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. The general effect of Orders, which will come into force on 24th July 1999, will be to extend the hours of parking control on all metered, pay and display parking places, shared use pay and display parking places and single yellow line waiting restrictions in the Hyde Park Estate and St. Marylebone South (controlled zone F) so that they will additionally be in operation between the hours of 1.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Saturdays. The Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Parkman Limited, Mountbarrow House, 6-20 Elizabeth Street, London, SW1W 9RB, until 1st September 1999. Any person desiring to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to any of the Orders, may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 1st September 1999.
