No. 1596 of 1999 In the Matter of LEONARD JAMES PARISH ESTATES LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 146 New London Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 0AW, presented on 18th May 1999 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, Croydon VAT Office, AMP House, Dingwall Road, Croydon, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds 1, on 22nd July 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 21st July 1999.
