NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF PROPOSALS FOR ALTERATION OF A UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN ISLINGTON’S UDP
Islington Council has prepared proposals for the alteration of the above plan. If and when these proposals are adopted they will form part of the statutory development plan for Islington. This plan forms the basis for all decisions on land use planning in the borough. Copies of the proposed changes are available for public inspection, free of charge, Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., at Planning Enquiries, Ground Floor, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1YA. Objections to and representations in respect of, the proposed changes should be sent in writing to the Development Planning Service at the address below. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals. Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the above address within the period ending at 4.30 p.m., on Friday, 10th September 1999, will have a right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry or hearing. Notice of Intention to adopt Proposals If no objections are received during the period given for making objections, Islington Council intend to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.
