At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Stoughton House, Harborough Road, Oadby, Leicester LE2 4LP, on 15th June 1999, at 2.30 p.m., the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Frank Arthur Simms and John Michael Munn, of F.
