Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented in this Court by PB Timber Limited (formerly Purpose Built Limited), of 4th Floor, 2-3 Bedford Street, London WC2E 9HD, and the Court has ordered that the sending of a sealed copy of the above-mentioned Petition pre-paid post addressed to Michael Guy Fisher Hudson, at Malvern House, Leigh Sinton, Worcestershire WR13 5EQ, and by publication in the Oxford Times and Swindon Star newspapers the presentation of such Petition and the time fixed for hearing of the Petition shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said Petition on the above-named debtor on the seventh day after completing such postage and publication aforesaid. The said Petition will be heard at this Court at St. Aldates, Oxford OX1 1TL, on 15th July 1999, at 12 noon.
