Notice is hereby given, that the Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, 11-13 Penhill Road, Cardiff CF11 9UP, on 23rd July 1999, at 10 a.m., to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place.
