Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, fixing his remuneration and determining whether he should have his release under section 174 of the Act. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Poppleton & Appleby, 4 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6EN, on 8th July 1999, at 3 p.m. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at 4 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6EN, not later than 4 p.m. on 7th July 1999.
