Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above Company will be held at Smith Dove, Glenroyd House, 96-98 St. James Road, Northampton NN5 5LG, on Tuesday, 6th July 1999, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
