No. 1488 of 1999 In the Matter of POINT TO POINT ROOFING AND BUILDING LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 60 Little London Road, Sheffield S8 0UJ, presented on 4th May 1999 by Philip Andrew Revill, of Poppleton & Appleby, 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF, as Supervisor of the Company’s Voluntary Arrangement on behalf of the Creditors of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG, on Thursday, 3rd June 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or his Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Wednesday, 2nd June 1999.
