THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO.    ) ORDER 199  

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the Order, would be to further amend the Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1994, so as to impose waiting restrictions, operative at any time, on the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this notice. Details of exemptions from the restrictions for certain vehicles and persons, together with restrictions on selling or advertising in a restricted street are contained in the original Order of 1994. A copy of the proposed Order, of the Order being amended, of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and plans showing the locations and effects of the Order may be inspected during a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the address given below. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to Parkman Consultancy, Transportation Section, 24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2BP, within 21 days of the date on which this notice is published. Birch, Director of Environment Group Schedule Allendale Road, the north-west side: (a) between a point 5 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of the vehicular access to The Sudbury Arms public house and a point 10 metres east of the western wall of The Post Office, Allendale Road; (b) between a point 15 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Eastcote Avenue and a point 7.50 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Eastcote Avenue. Eastcote Avenue: (a) between the north-western kerb-line of Allendale Road and a point 2.60 metres north-west of a point opposite the north-westernmost wall of No. 16 Allendale Road; (b) between the south-eastern kerb-line of The Rise and a point 8.10 metres south-east of that kerb-line (measured on the south-west side). Sudbury Heights Avenue: (a) between the north-western kerb-line of Allendale Road and a point 2 metres north-west of a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 2 and 3 Sudbury Heights Avenue; (b) between the south-eastern kerb-line of The Rise and a point 7.50 metres south-east of that kerb-line. The Rise, the south-east side: (a) between a point 10 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Eastcote Avenue and a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Eastcote Avenue; (b) between a point 10 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Sudbury Heights Avenue and a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Sudbury Heights Avenue. 28th May 1999.
