In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 002981 of 1999 In the Matter of DATARAD (UK) LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Datarad (UK) Limited, presented on 29th April 1999 by NSC Technology Limited, whose registered office is situate at 120 Wilton Road, London SW1V 1JV, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9th June 1999, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
