RAMILLIES PLACE—INTRODUCTION OF A GOODS VEHICLE LOADING BAY AND ASSOCIATED NEW PARKING ARRANGEMENTS
THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (GOODS VEHICLE LOADING BAY) (NO. 1) ORDER 1999 THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (PARKING PLACE) (REVOCATION NO. 2) ORDER 1999 THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (NO. 3) ORDER 1999

Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council on 26th May 1999, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. The general effect of the Orders will be, on the north-west side of Ramillies Place, to: (a) introduce a goods vehicle loading bay and provide that: (i) it may be used by goods vehicles for the purpose of loading and unloading or delivering and collecting goods for a maximum continuous period of 30 minutes with return to the loading bay prohibited for one hour; (ii) it would operate at any time of the day or night throughout the week; (b) remove 2-hour metered parking bays and relocate the disabled persons parking places in the vicinity to accommodate the loading bay referred to in paragraph (a) above. Copies of the Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays, until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made at One Stop Services, City of Westminster, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP. The Disabled Persons Parking Place Order and the Goods Vehicle Loading Bay Order will come into force for the purposes of the placing of traffic signs, etc., on 12th June 1999, and into force for all other purposes on 14th June 1999. The Parking Place Revocation Order will come into force on 14th June 1999. Any person desiring to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to any of the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application to the High Court.
