Meetings of Creditors

GREENLIGHT TECHNICAL SERVICES LIMITEDNotice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company is to be held at The Longford House Beefeater and Travel Inn, Watling Street, Cannock WS11 1SJ, on 10th June 1999, at 11 a.m., to consider the Administrator’s proposals under section 23(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, and to consider the establishment of a Creditors’ Committee. If you are unable to attend the Meeting but would like someone else to represent you, a proxy should be completed and sent to this office. Please note that a Limited Company may only be represented by a proxy. If you are unable to do so or do not wish to attend the Meeting, you may nominate the Chairman of the Meeting to act as your proxy. All proxies must be accompanied by a statement of you claim and be received no later than 12 noon on the business day before the day of the Meeting. The proxy form must be signed. J. M.
