Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a dividend to unsecured Creditors herein within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving, Tuesday, 4th May 1999. Creditors who have not yet done so are required to submit details of their claims to me with such evidence supporting the amount claimed, as is available, by Friday, 25th June 1999. Creditors who do not prove their claims by this date will be excluded from the benefit of such distribution and be unable to disturb its payment by reason of their non-participation. Creditors who have confirmed their claim to me at this office are not required to make a further claim. G. C.
