Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above Company will be held at the offices of Cooper Paul, St. George House, Station Approach, Cheam, Surrey SM2 7AT, on Thursday, 17th June 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member or Creditor, to attend and vote instead of him. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at St. George House, Station Approach, Cheam, Surrey SM2 7AT, not later than 12 noon on 16th June 1999. R. L. H.
