In the Durham County Court.  No. 6 of 1999 Leeds District Registry.  No. 3641 of 1998 In the Matter of ALFIE SHAW DECORATORS (hereinafter referred to as “the Partnership”) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership whose principle place of business is at Unit 9D, Blackthorn Way, Sedgeletch Industrial Estate, Fence House, Houghton-le-Spring, Tyne and Wear DH4 6JN, was presented on 29th April 1999 by Julia Nigel Richard Pitts, of Wilson Pitts, Devonshire House, 38 York Place, Leeds LS1 2ED, the Supervisor of a Voluntary Arrangement of the Partnership which will be heard at Durham County Court, Hallgarth Street, County Durham DH1 3RG, on Friday, 18th June 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
