NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT UNDER SCHEDULE 10

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995) that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region.
Application reference 400749 by Snashall Steel Fabrications to discharge 10 cubic metres per day of biologically treated sewage from twelve houses at Snashall Steel Fabrications, The Firs, Pulham, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 7DY, to a reed bed system with overflow to a watercourse in the River Lydden Catchment at NGR: 7035 0855.
Copies of this applciation may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the Agency’s Offices at Rivers House, Sunrise Business Park, Higher Shaftesbury Road, Blandford Forum, Dorset.
