THE KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA (PARKING PLACES) (PAY AND DISPLAY) (MEDIUM TARIFF) (AMENDMENT NO. 11) ORDER 1999
REVISED LAYOUT OF ON-STREET PARKING PLACES

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, on 21st May 1999 made the above Orders, the general effect of which would be to remove certain meter parking bays in the following streets and replace them with Pay and Display parking facilities. These changes will involve no loss of existing parking capacity.
Bina Gardens, Boltons Place, Brechin Place, Burnaby Street, Callow Street, Camera Place, Carlyle Square, Cathcart Road, Chelsea Park Gardens, Chelsea Square, Cheyne Walk, Clareville Grove, Clareville Street, Coleherne Road, Courtfield Gardens, Courtfield Road, Cranley Gardens, Cresswell Gardens, Danvers Street, Elm Park Gardens, Elm Park Road, Elm Place, Evelyn Gardens, Fawcett Street, Fernshaw Road, Finborough Road, Gilston Road, Gledhow Gardens, Harcourt Terrace, Harrington Gardens, Hereford Square, Hobury Street, Hollywood Road, Hortensia Road, Ifield Road, King’s Road, Langton Street, Limerston Street, Lots Road, Mallord Street, Manresa Road, Milborne Grove, Mulberry Walk, Old Brompton Road, Old Church Street, Onslow Gardens, Park Walk, Paultons Square, Priory Walk, Redcliffe Gardens, Redcliffe Place, Redcliffe Road, Redcliffe Square, Redcliffe Street, Rosary Gardens, Selwood Place, Seymour Walk, Shalcomb Street, Stanhope Gardens, Tadema Road, Tetcott Road, The Little Boltons, The Vale, Tregunter Road, Upcerne Road, Uverdale Road, Wetherby Gardens, Wharfedale Street.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation for all purposes on 7th June 1999 and all other relevant documents, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made in The Traffic Management Office, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, 0171 361 2519.
Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
