The proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., on Monday to Friday inclusive, at Parkman Ltd., Third Floor, Mountbarrow House, 6-20 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9RB, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decide not to make the Orders.
