Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held on Tuesday, 22nd June 1999, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 p.m., respectively, at the offices of Piper Thompson, Mulberry House, 53 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DJ, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s Acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. This must be lodged with me no later than noon on the 21st June 1999. T. J.
