At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 805 Salisbury House, 31 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 5SQ, on 29th April 1999, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Duncan Robert Beat, of Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6JB, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” C.
