PENWITH DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) AMENDMENT NO. 1 ORDER 1999

Notice is hereby given that the District Council of Penwith propose to make an Amendment Order under section 35(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act. The Amendment Order will relate to Bullock Market Terrace Car Park. Penzance as set out in the Schedules to the Penwith District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 1999. The effect of the Amendment Order will be; To introduce control and enforcement measures at the entrance to and boundary of Bullock Market Terrace Car Park, Penzance. A copy of the proposed Amendment Order and map showing the additional areas of control may be examined during normal office hours at the Council Offices, St. Clare, Penzance. Anyone wishing to object to the proposed Amendment Order should send grounds of objection in writing to the undersigned by 10th June 1999. J. R.
