NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency Wales by Costain Civil Engineering Ltd., for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 12,000 cubic metres of trade effluent (comprising excavation water) to Cartlett Brook, unnamed tributary of W. Cleddau, and W. Cleddau (two locations), at National Grid Reference SM 956 157, SM 948 156, SM 955 155 and SM 956 154, from Haverfordwest CSO Scheme. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency Wales, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 22nd June 1999, quoting Ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/ LM/BP0276701. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours, at Environment Agency Wales, Llys Afon, Hawthorn Rise, Haverfordwest SA61 2BH. B.
