Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between David Joyce and John Ross carrying on business as Metal Workers and Fabricators under the name of Falcon Precision Engineering has been dissolved as from 30th June 1998 so far as concerns John Ross who retires from the firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by David Joyce who will continue the business in the name of Falcon Precision Engineering. D. Joyce and J. Ross 4th May 1999.
